Look for specific details in the description of individual products, check the actual certificate, or ask your dealer for exact information. Key component warranty Key components often carry a longer limited warranty than the functional parts. For instance, the primary heat exchanger or the compressor may come with separate coverage. Each product varies so check the individual description, the actual certificate, or ask your dealer. Protecting your warranty In order to keep your warranty valid, you are required to provide proof of yearly maintenance service by a qualified service technician. You need to keep original receipts of the installation and purchase. Your dealer will also need the serial number and model number of your unit to submit any warranty claims. Your dealer can get assistance in filing claims by contacting his distributor who is supported by International Comfort Products, LLC Corporation (USA). Click on Dealer Locator to find the Comfortmaker dealer nearest you or check your yellow pages. HELP® is the warranty extension that covers everything—even sales tax! The Homeowner’s Extended Labor Program saves you any worry about any bills because it picks up where your parts warranty stops. You can get five or ten years of added protection. HELP® covers all labor costs and the entire cost of any repairs. FAQs What is HELP®? What do I get with HELP®? What if I sell my home? What if I change dealers? Is preventative maintenance required?
